    We have been with Allstate for the past 14 years. In Dec 2016 we tried to removed a car from our policy. The request was done by a call phone. When renew notice arrive in the mail in may 2017 the car was still at the policy. We contacted the agent but because We did not request in writing and could not prove the request our agent refused to cancel our policy going back to December. We provided our Verizon phone call log proving the calls with the request as well as the plate return and the bill of sale. I contacted All State and my case was recently solved. I do not recommend this agent because he stopped returning my phone calls request and did not had any effort to solve our issue. I created a complaint with AllState and change agent.

    Extremely unhelpful. Can't get a replacement ATM card for a week. And they won't let me change my pin to something I'll actually remember. The people inside basically just sit there and tell you they can’t do anything to help.

    I just insured my new car and I have to say this team was an amazing one to work with. I called and spoke with Kristen just trying to gather information and she was a pleasure over the phone. Bill and his team saved me quite a bit of money and I could not be happier with the service I was provided. Great team! Excellent!
